Ingredients: Black cohosh root, Ginseng, Chasteberry tree, Red raspberry leaf, Red clover, Dong quai,  Valerian, Licorice, Green tea, Ginkgo biloba, Turmeric Root, Sarsaparilla, Burdock & Dandelion Root
 
Directions: 1-2 times a day bring 1 tsp of herbs to a rolling boil with the desired amount of water (8-12 ounces) and allow it to steep for 2-3 minutes.
May sweeten to taste with honey or agave.
