Ingredients: Sea moss, Ashwagandha, Coleus, Guggul, Kelp, Bladderwrack, Dulse, Cordyceps, Ganoderma, Bacopa, Gotu kola, Licorice Root, Black Cumin, Stinging Nettle, dandelion leaf, horsetail, saw palmetto, burdock root, bugleweed
 
Directions: 1-2 times a day bring 1 tsp of herbs to a rolling boil with the desired amount of water (8-12 ounces) and allow it to steep for 2-3 minutes.
May sweeten to taste with honey or agave.
