Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) is a type of sound therapy that uses vibrations applied directly to the body to reduce symptoms, invoke relaxation, and alleviate stress.
These intentional vibrations can be used to bring the body into a state of healthy resonance.

During each Vibroacoustic Therapy session, you’ll lie on an inHarmony Sound Lounge – a top-of-the-line sound therapy bed that produces frequencies to help you reach a deeply relaxed state. Noise-reduction headphones will provide music that syncs to the vibrations of the sound bed. All of this creates a fully immersive experience that feels like being wrapped in a cocoon.

Each personalized session begins with a (limited) conversation to discuss the expectations and intentions of the VAT session. Based on expectations and intentions, music + sounds up to the time limit will be selected to provide healthy resonance. 

Each session includes Smudging as well as a Cup of Tea an Eye Mask and a few drops of our very own Moringa & Blue Lotus Absolute Oil to help you relax.

  2. Vibroacoustic Therapy | Meditation Sessions

In a Vibroacoustic Meditation session, your mind and body experience soothing and nurturing sound frequencies.  We use a tactile transducer, an amplifier, and high-quality speakers to deliver powerful sound and vibrations that enhance your meditation. This immersive audio experience will help you to relax, restore, and rejuvenate.

What to expect in a Vibroacoustic Meditation Session

Once you arrive, we smudge and start by having a cup of tea to help you get relaxed and begin our (limited) discussion about your journey and your intentions for the meditation session.
The meditation leader will then select an appropriate session based on the discussion and then help you get settled onto the meditation cushion. You will also receive an eye mask and a few drops of our very own Moringa & Blue Lotus Absolute Oil to help you further relax for your session.
The sound will start: you’ll hear it through headphones and feel it through the transducer at the base of your spine. At this time all you need to do is be open.. relax.. feel and listen.
Once the sound is complete, we will give you space to reintegrate yourself so you can continue with the remainder of your day.

These sessions are guided by our trained and experienced meditation leader and are designed for the vibration and sound theme or subject of the meditation. All levels of meditation are welcomed.

Walk-Ins are welcomed but we encourage
pre-registration to limit possible wait times.
We cannot refund for missed or canceled sessions, but we are happy to give you credit toward a session at another time. You must be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your session time.

Please note that you need to be able to sit cross legged comfortably close to the floor during your session.
