This tea is delicious, great for relaxing, meditation, taking a load off (long day), optimize health and more. I like enjoying it during my rising or retiring of the day. As I'm writing this review I actually got up due to an upset stomach and this tea is hitting the spot, no extra Ingredients needed, it's very tasty. My stone of choice was the red stone which I believe is Jasper. The other stones are lovely too. Returned to purchase the large jar of this tea.
